PROJECTION MAPPING TO AMENIZE QUARANTINE

We are in an exceptional moment as a result of coronavirus epidemic. This is a collective problem and we all need to help contain and reduce the contagion keeping ourselves at home.
To make the confinement more bearable, these days we are seeing many initiatives created to entertain the passage of time. For example, hanging out at 8pm on the balconies to pay tribute to healthcare professionals has become a routine in many homes. In many cases, this time of day has also become an instant to escape the closure and animate the quarantine with music and performances that improvise from the terrace artists of all kinds. Thus, Sílvia Isach also wanted to contribute to the cause by encouraging the public through VJ mapping and thereby creating a festive bridge of unity between neighbors. The facade of a flat has beautified it into art thanks to video mapping projections interacting with the windows to the rhythm of music with light and movement in combination with messages of support, hope and encouragement. A moment of gratitude from the whole community applauding, bells ringing, the quarantine anthem "Resistiré" of Duo Dinámico sounding from a roof and the images of the VJ mapping on a large scale cheering and filling with color and joy this euphoric moment.
From here, a big thank you to everyone for their efforts and especially to the staff who risk their lives for us every day. We will come out of this stronger!
