VISUAL SCENOGRAPHY WITH MAPPING

The Sant Raimon de Penyafort Art Fair of Santa Margarida i els Monjos has established itself as one of the cultural events of reference in the Catalan artistic sector. In its 36th edition, it has taken another step towards innovation incorporating the use of the most current technologies such as video mapping in combination with multidisciplinary arts.
Following the graphic image of this year, where the initials MA have been the protagonists, it was proposed to create large-scale letters that would serve as an environmental scenography on which the 3D mapping content would be projected to liven up the inauguration acts and the awards cerimony. The result has been an innovative aesthetic element with an attractive atmosphere based on projection mapping, giving life to the surface.
The scenography of an event by videomapping technology not only turns the atmosphere into a show, but often becomes the protagonist of the experience.
